this and that

So I feel lucky to know some beautiful ladies. And I decided to start taking advantage of this and use them in my paintings. Its pretty cool how their personalities determine what type of piece they will work into.

This piece I used my friend Irene. She is such a sweetheart. Bright and fun. And also very creative and can morph easily. Its one of the things I love about models, how they can morph themselves, like shape-shifters. Not everyone can do that, and I think thats what determines a good model from a bad model.

Im also in another group show next month over @ My Plastic Heart, in New York. Im pretty excited about that. Ill have sneak peak for that soon too.

sometimes I get these moments of pure bliss. When everything feels right and Im good with everything.

maybe it has something to do with the chemical release in my brain when I drink my coffee.

either way I wish it would last all day.

The guys over at 323 east started this website dedicated to releasing these super limited prints, only available for 1 week!

so Its 1 print, available for 1 week, every week. Pretty cool concept!

They already released prints from, Matt Eaton and Glenn Barr (whose sold out in 40 hours!) They are making them really affordable too!

so Im pretty excited to be part of this project!
