My Blackbird

after doing my little "Birdless" series, I realized there was one bird who I never noticed before.

Not because he was unrecognizable, more like he blended into the darkness. Always there to add light, and a song whenever Im in there. Where once I was alone, and capable of wondering too far off.

Unexpected, and surprising. This little bird brings out the best in me.

there are many things to be said about blackbirds. In general when one thinks of blackbirds, just as blackcats, they think of misfortune.

Im finding in this life, not everything is as it seems. And what you think you never wanted , could be the very thing you always needed.

you can find the brightest light in the darkest places.
